A graduate of the University of Florida (Go Gators!), Michelle began her professional journey as a pediatric nurse, where she developed a deep attention to detail, compassion, and the ability to stay steady under pressure. Her strong organizational skills and heart for service became the foundation for everything she pursued next.
For 16 years, Michelle successfully owned and operated her own photography business, building it from the ground up. As a business owner, she mastered financial management, client relations, operations, and long-term planning—skills that now serve her exceptionally well in financial administration.
Michelle has had a front-row seat to the growth of Tropical Logistix—first through her father, one of its founders, and now through her husband, who serves as co-owner. Watching the company evolve over the years has given her a deep appreciation for strategic growth, operational excellence, and the importance of strong financial stewardship.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family, and watching her beautiful children grow. She values faith, family, and hard work, and brings that same dedication and integrity into everything she does.
